1. What we collect
When you submit a request through a category landing page, we collect your name, phone number, pincode/locality, budget band, timeline, and any notes you provide. We verify your phone number with a one-time password (OTP) before your request is shared with any professional.
2. Why we collect it
Your information is used solely to match you with up to 3 verified professionals in your category and area, and to prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions. We do not build a customer profile, and you are never asked to create an account.
3. Consent
By checking the consent box before submitting a request, you agree that your name, phone number, and request details may be shared with the professionals GrowthPilot matches you with, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023. Consent is recorded with a timestamp against your request.
4. Who sees your information
Only the professionals who unlock your request (maximum 3), and GrowthPilot staff involved in verifying and routing your request, can access your contact details. Access to decrypted contact information is logged for audit purposes.
5. Retention & deletion
Your name, phone number, and notes are permanently removed from our systems 6 months after your request expires. If you would like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details below.
