1. What GrowthPilot is
GrowthPilot is a lead marketplace. When you submit a request through our website, we connect you with up to 3 verified service professionals in Ranchi who pay us to receive your contact details. GrowthPilot is not a party to any agreement you enter into with a professional, and we do not charge you a commission or fee.
2. No customer account, no ongoing relationship
We do not create an account for you, and we do not track your request after it has been shared with matched professionals. Any further communication happens directly between you and the professional(s) who contact you.
3. Sale of your enquiry details
By submitting a request and completing OTP verification, you agree that your name, phone number, and the details of your request will be shared with (“sold to”) up to 3 verified professionals matching your category and area, in exchange for a fee those professionals pay to GrowthPilot. 4. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Professionals rely on this information to contact you and prepare quotes.
5. No guarantee of outcome
GrowthPilot manually reviews requests before routing them, but we do not guarantee that any professional will contact you, that a quote will be offered, or the quality or outcome of any service arrangement you enter into with a professional.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
